Spin Only Classes
Spin/ Spin Zone: Spinning combines a foundation of basic cycling movements, motivational coaching techniques, and breathing awareness. This 45-60 minute class is the ultimate cardiovascular, strength and endurance indoor cycling experience using rhythm, music and lighting to set the pace. Each participant is in control of their own stationary bike, to gradually increase workload and intensity. From morning, noon, and evening, we have a class to suit your schedule and experience. All of our classes are programmed for individual needs and fitness levels

Spin Break: This class is a shorter version of a typical Spin class perfect for your lunch break. This fast paced ride focuses on interval training zone and energizing the rest of your day. Everyone needs a break from the daily grind and what better way than to focus on you!
Building your (cycling) basics: in this class we will focus on learning and practicing foundational movements on the bike. You will have adequate time to warm up and cool down in the beginning and end, with 45 minutes of instruction sandwiched in the middle. You can expect a variety of coaching cues and encouragement on form and mindfulness to your body + your own individual ride. Most of all be ready to smile, let go, and walk with healthy endorphins. This is a great class if you have never taken a cycling class, or stepping back into your fitness.

Hybrid Classes
Swole Cycle: This class offers the best of both worlds of our class offerings! This 1 hour class will get your heart pumping on the Spin bike, and also incorporate strength training in the weight room. Get ready to start or finish your day with a boost of energy and confidence.
HIIT: (functional Training) HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. This involves repeated bouts of intense effort interspersed with low intensity or recovery sets with varied times. It is a complete workout that combines aerobic as well as strength and resistance training. In this class you will be combining functional strength training movements with quick bursts of cardio intervals. Sets are timed so participants can work at their own pace while working through a circuit programmed and instructed by an experienced coach. Your coach will offer modifications and recommendations to accommodate physical restrictions for a safe, fun, well rounded session. *NOT A SPIN CLASS*

Non-Cycling
Strength and Mobility: in this class, we will focus on the importance of building muscle AND improving body mobility and movement, which is key to functional exercise. If you have a sedentary day job, lack flexibility, or perform a significant amount of steady state cardio (running, cycling, swimming) this class is exactly what you are missing. We will incorporate a circuit of functional strength excercises intermixed with balance, flexibility, and mobility movements, all in about 35 minutes. Exercise are performed at your own pace, and observed by an experienced coach to ensure proper form.
